1. What is Picku? | 什么是 Picku？

Picku is a professional URL shortening and management platform. It allows you to transform long, complex URLs into clean, easy-to-remember short links, while providing detailed click analytics and marketing tools.

2. How do I shorten a link? | 我该如何缩短链接？

Simply paste your long URL into the input box on our homepage and click the "Shorten" button. You can also customize the alias if you are a registered user.
只需将您的长链接粘贴到首页的输入框中，然后点击“缩短”按钮即可。如果您是注册用户，还可以自定义链接的别名。

3. Do my links ever expire? | 链接会过期吗？

By default, links created by registered users do not expire. However, you can manually set an expiration date for specific links in the "Advanced Options" during creation.
默认情况下，注册用户创建的链接永不过期。但是，您可以在创建链接时的“高级选项”中为特定链接手动设置过期日期。

4. Can I track who clicks my links? | 我可以追踪谁点击了我的链接吗？

Yes! We provide in-depth analytics including total clicks, geographic location of visitors (country and city), device types, browser information, and referral sources.

5. What are Branded Domains? | 什么是品牌域名？

Branded domains allow you to use your own custom domain (e.g., link.yourname.com) instead of picku.org. This increases brand trust and click-through rates. This feature is available for Pro members.
品牌域名允许您使用自己的自定义域名（例如 link.yourname.com）而不是 picku.org。这能提升品牌信任度并提高点击率。此功能仅供专业（Pro）会员使用。

6. What is a CTA Overlay? | 什么是 CTA 叠加层？

A CTA (Call-to-Action) overlay allows you to display a small, non-intrusive notification, poll, or contact form on the destination website. It’s a powerful way to promote your product while sharing external content.
CTA（行为召唤）叠加层允许您在目标网站上显示一个小型的、非侵入式的通知、投票或联系表单。这是在分享外部内容的同时推广自己产品的强大方式。

7. Why was my link disabled? | 为什么我的链接被禁用了？

To ensure safety, we automatically scan all links for malware, phishing, and spam. Any link that violates our Terms of Service or points to illegal content will be disabled immediately.

8. How can I delete my account and data? | 我该如何删除账号和数据？

You can delete individual links from your dashboard. For full account and data deletion, please send a request to support@picku.org from your registered email address.
